Why I Don't Encourage People to Ask for Feedback

One of my philosophies is "Launch first, tweak later." You may be itching to "get feedback" or "ask for other people's opinion" on what you create, but we actually don't encourage this as a regular practice. Why? Because it slows you down. It makes you think that you need to "get it right" or worse - "get it perfect" - before you can launch. It distracts you from the inner work necessary for you to step into the decision that "This is good enough now and I can improve it later." --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/michelle-rohr4/message
